Dan from the ‘word says:

Special gig this one.
Safetyword will be playing a 1.5 hour set – probably in two parts. The first part will be “quiet” including all the songs the band don’t usually play live, as well as several old and new songs. The second part will be Safetyword “as usual” i.e. louder and more upbeat. Again, lots of new material and some old stuff not aired for a while.
Should be a top night so get there if it’s humanly possible!

This gig is Bristol’s Venue magazine‘s recommended gig of the week, and it’s even free, so what are you waiting for?

More details are available on the Porter Cellar Bar’s Lineup Page along with ticket ordering info, but don’t let that stop you visiting the Safetyword Gigs Page for the latest info though!

In other Safetyword news, the boys just won the first heat of the Battle of the Bands contest at the famous Moles Club in Bath, so are now through to the semi’s – nice one! See our Events page for the semi-final details.

Congratulations again to the lads, as usual they’re turning heads with their unique sound and it’s really heartening to hear they’re doing so well 🙂
