Ballagroove DJs will be supporting ace new local band Dusty Plankton at Jaberwocky in Douglas on Friday 24th February

Its FREE to get in, starts at 8pm, we are DJing from 8pm till 10pm, then the band are on, then top DJ action from Darren Millar into the early hours, did I mention its FREE

This is what they have to say :-), and, I quote…

“After a couple of months since our last gig, we thought it was time to climb out of the sea for another gig.

“Since we last left you Alan has been knitting jumpers, Tony has been running up and down hills and I have been mostly collecting stamps so we have been moderately busy.

“We are proud to announce that as well as being joined by the fabulous DeeDee (our very own Burlesque performer) we will be joined on the decks by Ballagroove head honcho and all round good guy Gypo, he will be spinning the warm up set with fellow tag team Dj of Funk and all things nice, Toots. following Dusty’s live set, we will be graced by our very own tour Dj, Darren Millar whose electronic funk filled grooves will see you to the end of play 🙂

“We will be kicking off at 8pm and Dusty Plankton will be on stage about 10pm, oh and its FREE entry too 🙂

“Soooo go tell it on the mountain that we are back, we have a few gigs and a few surprises and some great Dj’s joining us on our adventures this year. we hope you all could join us too.”

Ballagroove will be holding a Xmas party at the Bay Hotel, Port Erin on 17th December from 8pm till 12am

Would be great if people could come in Xmas Fancy Dress – of any kind imaginable

Ballagroove DJ’s Gyp and Toots will be playing the music, so usual mix of a bit of everything from Punk to Funk, Soul to Indie, Rock n Roll to Reggae

For the 6th year running (we think), Ballagroove will be hosting the New Years Eve party at the Bay Hotel Port Erin

MONSTER RAVING LOONY PARTY

It is, of course, FREE to get in and its FANCY DRESS – fancy dress theme is Monsters, Ravers and Loonys – if you can incorporate all three into one mega-costume then you probably deserve a prize, we’ll try and think of something 🙂
