Introducing ‘BabbaGroove’
Port St Mary Town Hall
Sunday September 22nd 2pm till 4pm
£1 admission
Ticket outlets TBC (very soon)
BabbaGroove is a new type of day out for parents with babies and toddlers (up to 7 years old or thereabouts)
Come along, bring the little ones and all have a dance and listen to some music for a couple of hours, mix, mingle and have a friendly afternoon. Bring your own refreshments.
There wil be DJs playing music and ‘disco’ style lighting. The music stlye is aimed at the parents (Funk, Soul, Reggae, Motown etc.) but the hope is the kids will love it too, the emphasis will be on tunes that are great to dance to.
We hope to put regular afternoons on, this will always be a non-profit event run by volunteers, there is a small charge to cover the cost hiring the hall and advertising, any money left will be put into future events.
We invite you to get involved, help us develop the events and get in touch with any ideas, we want this to be a community event, run by the community for the community.
