Raise a statue to Frank Sidebottom – Rhysical Pheck Live – 1 October 2011

Frank Sidebottom – Friend of the Isle of Man – sadly passed away last year, his alter ego Chris used to visit the Island regularly either to perform as Frank, play football with Bushys, or, just when he’d popped out for a pint of milk and found himself in the Rovers 🙂

In honour of the great man some of his friends / family are trying to raise the money to build a statue to Frank, a fitting tribute, this gig is to help with the fund raising

Our band Rhysical Pheck have been asked to play, so we’ll be playing a short set of about 1/2 hour, few tunes of our new album, one of the last album and a cover of a song by The Gerbils – no idea what time we’ll be on, best bet is to get to the Rovers for 1pm, get a seat and enjoy the day, there will be loads of bands and DJ’s and other entertainment throughout the day and evening

There is a Facebook event if you need more details, you know there is, there really is
